Our People & Training

Expertise Starts With Training

Every ProAutomated engineer completes an intensive training program before ever stepping foot on a job site. Our onboarding includes electrical troubleshooting, PLC/HMI programming, network basics, customer service, and commissioning simulations. Engineers are then matched with projects based on skills and continued to receive software-specific instruction for platforms like Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, FANUC, and more.

From Startup to Nationwide Partner

Founded over 17 years ago, ProAutomated began with a simple goal: to solve the on-site engineering gap for manufacturers and integrators. Today, we’ve completed more than 14,000 projects, trained hundreds of engineers, and built trusted partnerships with top system integrators and OEMs across North America.
